Help Stuck at Samsung galaxy s4 logo

I was using my phone (There was 41% battery) and it shuts down (like a kernel panic) and then turn on, but it gets the s4 logo after seconds, it dissapear but it appears again (Like a bootloop but it didn't boot the rom, recovery and download mode), I tried with another battery but the same happen.
A very important note: When I plugged the battery it turns on automatically

I remarked: I can't access recovery and I can't access download mode.
