Root stuck in download

i flashed a rom to my galaxy note 10.1 gn8010 (correct rom and gapps ) got them of xda developers . anyway now when it starts up it goes as far as that android icon then it says touch to begin when i do that mess come up services stopped when i try to git into recovery mode by pressing power button and up volume it only goes to download mode i have tried to factory reset but does same thing i can open a few app tat show up on the bottom of that android icon . am backed up to titanium icon but i guess thats no use now . i thoght i made a nandroid backup but app not shit any help would be appreciated
