Root Stuck in Recovery

Hey guys I'm stuck in recovery. Here's what happened.
So I was running Nero V3 with voodoo and I tried to flash Cyanogen mod but I neglected to flash the initial kernel with ODIN and got stuck in a bootloop. (I'm an idiot) I had a couple nandroid backups and tried to restore but I found that somehow the SD card had been completely formatted. So I'm stuck in recovery mode with an empty SD card. I tried to reflash the Nero V3 rom and I downloaded a stock recovery image and tried to restore using that but nothing has worked. I'm kinda at the end of my knowledge... Help would be appreciated!

Clockworkmod 2.5.1.0 SGS edition.

Do you think it has anything to do with the voodoo lagfix?

EDIT: Actually, can you get in to recovery 3e?

Hey, thanks for your help. I flashed the stock Rom using Odin3 so I'm back up and running.
