I just bout the MyTouch 3G Slide 2 weeks ago, I dont know how to flash or root a phone (yet), never had a smartphone really lol. And now somehow I had to shut off my phone because of issue and when I booted it back up it got stuck on the first Mytouch splash screen. What did I do? I tried to find out on the xda developers site and frankly, its not very helpful since most of what they tell you to do I dont know about lol. I am a tech savvy person but seems like I am way behind on Cell phones, im more of the PC guy. Any advice?

It's all good I called them and need to call in the morning to order a replacement since their system is down for maintenance.

Just because it hasn't been mentioned yet: Have you tried pulling the battery and trying again?
