Backup your contacts and whatever else you want to save first and foremost. tyhis is how i did it and this is how my phone is going back to verizon.

first make sure your rooted.. get terminal emulator if you dont have it.
open type in the following hitting enter after each

    su
    mount -o remount,rw -t yaffs2 /dev/block/mtdblock4 /system
    cd /system/app
    rm Superuser.apk
    sync
    reboot

Next download the original OTA update 2.0.1 and rename to update as you would with the original rooting. shut phone off reboot into recovery holding down x, and power button until you see a screen pop up. then hit the vol + and camera. wipe the cache, do a factory wipe of all user data. then install from update.zip

phone will restart. go into settings /privacy and do factory reset from there and you should be good togo. Root is gone. open terminal emulator and type in SU. it will not say provided by magicandroidapps.com but it will say permission denied. congrats your now unrooted.

Dont forget to remove busybox if you installed it.
