Successfully upgrade to ICS 4.03.. can I still root this then

I have upgraded to ICS 4.03 or something. I would like to root this now but not sure if it is possible. Any good links to tutorial is very much appreciated. Thanks

If ur still looking for rooting method for ICS OTA, this is a very good guide. Read through it, because there are confirmed reports of hard bricking if proper steps are not followed.

I got it working but I need to teether it to my ipad 2 if possible. Any ideas?

Once rooted there are several solutions to enable tethering. I will say that while it's not prohibited here to discuss this, I personally feel rooting to do an end around your TOS with AT&T isn't quite kosher. It's been a very controversial subject and I do not like AT&T's tethering fees any more than the next guy, but that is the deal we have right now so I feel compelled to abide by it.
