Help switch touch and speaker on motorola defy?

hi touch, is smashed on my defy

and bought a new one, but how do I get it glued on again?

what should I use it?

should also change the speaker, and so had read somewhere that I should buy a K850i speaker instead, but did not seem right that it fits?

does anyone have experience with this?

If you mean you want to put in a new touch screen, search around, there are tutorials. Same for speaker. Try searching the developer's forum.
