Help Switching SD card.

Shut the phone off. Swap cards. Put the old card in the computer. (Buy a $3 adapter if you need to.) Plug the phone charger in. Use something like Air Froid, WiFi File Transfer or MyPhoneExplorer to transfer the entire folder structure, just as it is. (IOW, don't go into a folder and transfer files, transfer the folder.)

Find a good long novel to read.

If you have moved apps to the sd card or have apps that save data to the sd card you will want to transfer those folders and files. Without knowing how you've used your phone and what apps you have, it's hard to say which ones you will need to transfer.

A roundabout way to ensure that you get everything is to transfer the contents of the old card to a folder on your pc and then install the new card into the phone. Restart the phone and test each app. If you have trouble with any of the apps or if their icon is grayed out on a homescreen, you will know that they need data from the old sd card. Some apps will check and add the needed folder when you try to use them. You may need to re-install the problem apps to rebuild the needed folders if you don't know which folders are missing. You can then compare the new card's contents to the old card and just transfer the common folders and files to the new card.

Like I said, it is a roundabout way to do this but it will guarantee that only the items you need are transferred.
