I am loving swype, especially since I only have one arm (the others in a cast). Is anyone else having issues with the word list not popping up when you double click on a word? This has never worked for me. I have the newest version.

If you move the cursor immediately after the word and then select the swipe button (the one with the i in a circle) it will pop up the word list. double-click doesn't work for me either.

You can click anywhere in the word. With the latest version 1.16 Lite that I am using, anyway, Doesn't have to be 'right after' the word.

I've never heard of the 'double click' thing. I touch the word (anywhere in the word), then hit the swype button. Works every time.

It mentions that it's possible in the tutorial. Thanks for the replies

The tutorials show that you can double click a word to bring up the choices menu, and that's indeed how it works on devices that officially have Swype. This is one of the reasons listed by the Swype team for not officially releasing the app on the market, because they can't get it to work (yet) on all devices.
