I have been searching for weeks and have not been able to find an answer that works for me.
I have an EVO 4G. I have an Exchange Account for my work. Email syncs fine. If I add a calendar event on my computer, it will sync to my phone. If I add a calendar item on my phone, it does NOT sync to my computer.
1. I have the calendar selected to "exchange" on my phone when I enter the appointment.
2. I am using Android Version 2.3.3 and Software Number 4.53.651.1 (I have been told by Sprint customer service that these are both the most up to date versions available)
I really appreciate any help with this. This may be more information than you need, but it was suggested to me that I do a "hard reset" and/or have Sprint tech rebuild my software. The problem for me with this is that I was entering appointments on my phone for weeks before I realized it was not syncing to my computer (it is possible that an Update played a part in this, but I can not be sure). I only found out because my phone was in my car and I was using my comuter Outlook calendar and ended up missing a meeting that was on the Exchange calendar on my phone. If I wipe my phone, I will lose all the info I have and since I have entered so many appointments from my phone, they would all be lost when I resync after the wipe.
