Android phones can store contacts as "Phone", "Google" and "Sim". Sim contacts are stored on the sim card, Google contacts sync with Google servers and the ones on the Phone are the ones that ought to sync with your desktop.

Take a look in your contacts -> menu -> view and see if your phone contacts are selected. It could be that they have sync'd, just not set to visible.

    Have a look at "Gsyncit".

Googles sync app only works with Outlook 2003 and better (I have 2002).

After much looking around and reading of forums, the only way I could find to sync Outlook 2002 and Pulse/Google was to buy a PC product called Gsyncit. Costs $14.99 (
