Having downloaded the very latest software from HTC I have a problem synchronising the information from my Outlook 2007 program. See attachment below. I have received the following advice from HTC. Hi Geoff, Thank you for your email. What I would suggest you to try is to uninstall both HTC Drivers and HTC Sync from the Control Panel (Add/Remove programs). Once this has been removed I would recommend to turn off the internet connection before installing the HTC Sync program again. This is because Windows 7 automatically gets update drivers online instead of from the program, this can lead to problems in installing or using HTC Sync.
