Help System UI Tuner and menu/icon theme on Marshmallow updated S5

Hi I have been trying to activate the System UI Tuner on my Galaxy S5. I have just updated to Marshmallow today and for me personally I have not seen much change for over 800mb of an update! I have tried long pressing on the gear icon in the notification menu and also put animations back on in developer options. To no avail. Any help with this?
Also I saw that the S6 allows themes for the colour scheme of all menus/icons. Is this possible on the S5 without being rooted? I hate the bright menus of Lollipop and can't wait to get rid! Any ideas peeps?

Hi. No afraid not. Doesn't seem to be available which is as shame. Might have another look on the web and update here if I find anything.

Looks like the phone manufacturer or carrier may have disabled the option. Check out the comments on this page.
