T-Mobile customers? I have just spoken to T-Mobile line manager?

    I have just spoken to the line manager and he barely knows what the HTC Hero is and thought Android was a game like PacMan. He does not have a clue about the new ROM and browsing the forum I saw that;

    "According to T-Mobile there is no future support for this handset, so guess who is packing his HTC Hero up in it's original packaging and telling T-Mobile where to go."

    The general vibe is that operator updates start 2-3 months after the official update has been released.

    i really dont see the point in a seperate G2 forum if nobody is posting there......

    in respsone to the OP if you want to take the risk, rooting and installing a custom ROM will fix lag issues on the T-Mobile G2 Touch.
