I have been having this Galaxy Note 2 for more than 3 months and I did not see these files in storage/sdcard0. Right after 10-14 days I rooted my Galaxy Note 2, I also got these two text files:
    domtree.text
    rendertree.text
This probably has to do with rooting.

Does anyone else get these files before or after you rooted your phone?
Please let me know, thank you.

Sounds like an app ur using or the rom ur using.

Try a clean wipe in cwm and flash jedi master

Then install only market sources. If it comes bake there safe.
