Released this weekend with the San Francisco 2 (they're identical apart from the case/ buttons)....

T-Mobile Vivacity - identical to the SF2 but front facing camera as well as rear facing camera, plus 4 capacitive menu buttons rather than 3 physical buttons on the front.

The SF2 does have a front facing camera - I've just double checked on mine.
You're right about the buttons, though, only 3 on SF2.
Mine is also labelled as P736V under the battery, I assume that's the product number? and it's Android 2.3.5.

You can do a factory reset from the android menu digicomm, or download the latest update with the ZTE update tool.

If you're rooted and have clockworkmod installed. That will let you format/ wipe data too.

Not sure if there's a stock recovery boot - try holding in vol- or vol+ or both together at the same time as powering on the phone. After a few seconds a new menu should appear.
