Thanks for the reply, Its not simply a Torch Application, Pls try using it.
For your question:
This application is having the ability to Switch on the flashlight at any point of time (Literally at any point if the phone is switched on), In some devices the activates while the user is on a call, This may be annoying for the user so hence it has a provision to deactivate the Torch when the user is in the call.

Hence to identify whether the user is in call or not it needs the Permission "device id and phone identity".

The Application is Completely free for use and it does not impose any restrictions to the user at any point of time, The In app purchase is for "Donate" option which is optional.

In case if the user is willing to Donate, He can donate a minimal amount to keep the developers engaged and as a token of credit.
