Would like to know a little more about tapatalk?
How much better is it than using the browser?
Also there's a paid version of the tapatalk, what's the big deal.

I like Tapatalk. They just implemented a light theme for Android phones after I suggested something other than the white on black. You can mark different forums as favorites for easy access. The paid version lets you reply to posts and get your PM's. I'm a mod on another forum so the app works great for me when I'm on the go and need to raise the banhammer. LOL. This is actually the only app I've ever paid for...so far.

I too use it and has completely replaced both browser and my computer for reading and responding.

    Just so much way faster.

You can ask the forum admin to install it on their end. It's free.

^_^ Sending some EVO love via Tapatalk ^_^

If you're a member of more than one forum it's quicker and easy to access.

I know that with the free version you can only read but not write. Does the paid version also add the ability to set specific sub-forums as favorites? For example, I am testing with the top level of Android Forums set as favorite, but can't find a way to set the HTC Evo 4G forum as a favorite.

Also, when I open a new thread that I've never read, it goes to the last page instead of starting at the first. Can that behavior be changed?

(I may try the paid version myself when I have more time to spend on forums during my 24hr trial period.)
