task list with creation/completion timestamp

Hi,

I'm looking for an app with these features. Basically, I'm using Google Keep at the moment.

I want a list where every time I add something to the list it gets a creation date for that entry. Ideally, you could show/hide the creation date.
Similarly, if I tick the checkbox to signify that the task is done, there would be a completion date associated with that.

I like Google Keep because I can access it from either phone or browser, but it's got no date info.

Export as text, CSV or something would be nice, because then you could chart progress.

Obviously, I'm asking a lot here - any ideas?
