Tasker

Has anyone been able to use Tasker with a non-rooted LG Motion? I can tell my context is working because I see the profile go active when I plug in the headphones, but I've tried many different actions in the task and none of them have worked (play sound, turn on wifi, and some other simple ones). At this point I'm just trying to get any task to work as a test before I program what I really want to do. What am I missing?
