Tennis game for Android?
Market, search "tennis game"
There's not many, but there's one by a dev named Tyler Paine that's got a good rating.
I'm looking for a Tennis game as well...
There is a game for the iPhone which is called Real Tennis or what, why not for Android for God's sake???????????????
Still no good Tennis games for Android?????
haven't seen a good one for tennis, just a bunch of table tennis games...
You would have thought that there would be a good tennis game for Android, especially given that Wimbledon is on this week. It seems not to be the case. Ping Pong does NOT count.
Still no games?
Have you tried Getjar?
Also I'll move this over to the Android Games forum
What is Getjar?
Its a site that offers apps & games for various OS's
what about psx emulator + actua tennis
‪ACTUA TENNIS PS1 PLAYSTATION 1‬‏ - YouTube
thanks, I will try this
Try Super Tennis on the Snes Emulator, simple graphics but still decent.
Hey, I tried it yesterday but my Emulator couldn't open the game.
I'm using psx4droid v2
And it couldn't open the game, it couldn't find the .bin data...
Which emulator are you using and where can I download this game?
Fpse emulator is much better and faster, you will need to copy psx bios (scph1001.bin) and game .iso or .bin to sd card
try Wimbledon 2009 app, this is the best ever tennis game i played, actually I played it a lot on Samsung Corby in jar format, it is also available in .apk file so it should be good for android too...
I don't see this in the android market. Where can we get it from?
This is the best tennis game on the Market: Cross Court Tennis.
I found Cross Court Tennis boring. I wound up just rallying forever.
If the AI was significantly better, it'd be a very good game.
Rallying forever? Not the experience i have. Before the ball is hit by your oppenent you can already give direction, the earlier you do this the harder and more precise you will hit. Then your rallies will not be long at all
But then again, it's all personal.
Maybe I was just really bad! I think I might have been playing on the middle level.
I figured out how to do max power by swinging really early, but I was just having never-ending rallys. The computer couldn't get one by me either though, so, if it was me just being a bad player, the computer should be winning some points.
Disable auto running, your winning streak will be over, haha
Cross Cort is the best Tennis game on Android I've ever seen before!!!
Just play and enjoy
But it should be more nice if we can play with real players
I have developed a PC tennis game that's called Full Ace tennis simulator (can't post the link, please google it).
I am currently considering porting this game to smartphones (I have several ideas for an interesting touchscreen gameplay). I thought people in this thread could tell me if they think it's worth doing it or not, and what you would be willing to pay for a tennis game app.
Please let me know what you think.
kschoice (after the Belgian band?): here is the link: More about the (online) tennis simulator
Looks good if you ask me!
