The "HUMP" DO YOU LIKE IT OR NOT?

I think a lot of casual users may have been put off by the hump and decided not to purchase an X simply because of it. But in reality, I don't think it looks that bad. Maybe the photos just exaggerate it.

I think the photos definitely exaggerated. It doesn't bother me at all.

yeah i agree the early photos did exaggerate it a lot. that is why i was wondering what everyone's thoughts were. I know a lot of people in the beginning was dogging it.

I don't really notice it either but it does give a nice place to rest your finger when you need it. I also think it adds a little bit of needed character to the phone.

I absolutely love the phone in its entirety. Although sometimes I think it would have been better if it were on the bottom of the phone instead of on top. I think it's a nice throwback to Motorola's own Razr phones LOL

Alot of hardware in the bottom, also who in their right mind would put the antenna on the bottom of the phone!? Ohh wait...

It is certainly not detrimental in any way. Fits great in my hand, and I hardly notice it in my pocket.

I am definitely in the "pro hump" camp. It is something to grab onto when pulling the phone out of my pocket, and it holds the phone in place when I'm "shouldering" it.

The hump doesn't bug me at all and none of my friends that have checked out my phone and held it and messed around with it even noticed it was there until they flipped the phone over to look at the back of it.
