    I don't know about you guys, but I'm fed up!

    From the random reboots (even after complete wipe/ restore)
    to low disk space
    to my touch screen deciding to take control (it would swipe itself all the way to the left on the home screen)
    to extremely shitty battery life
    to the HTC stickers falling off after a week
    to the phone getting hot (I mean HOT)
    to the creaky HTC battery cover
    to the buggy HTC sense to the static during calls after saying something
    and to the cheap plastic build this thing sucks.

    Is there anyway I can get Verizon to let me change models with the only cost being the price difference? I may go Samsung or Motorola.

    They will not let you change to a different phone if you are already outside of your 30 day guarantee, which I assume you are.

    If you are having this many problems, have you tried calling Verizon and having them send you a replacement phone? It sounds like you just have a bad one. I don't have any of the problems that you speak of (though I guess battery life is pretty subjective...)
