Is anyone else having thermal issues with their Samsung Epic? My first phone failed after 2 weeks and ran above 100 degrees when charging and online. The replacement phone is doing the same thing. I finally made a stand with a small laptop fan in it to cool my Epic. That keeps it in the mid 80's if the screen is off, and mid 90's if the screen is on while charging. Last night I left my phone in the car charging and it was 111 degrees this morning and it was 78 degrees outside. Looking for feedback, I talked with Samsung and they said send it in to which I responded I need the phone and I was making them aware of the issue.

well, my epic will climb into the 100's I have seen it as high as 114 when doing the same ie..charging and being online doing wifi tethering, GPS, things that take alot of power..etc...but when I stop it will go back down in the low 80's to mid 80's.

If you had nothing on while it was on the charger and it was 111, there could be an issues with your phone.
