Help Things this Phone should be able to DO!

1. Sync with outlook contacts. Any solutions?Via usb?
2. Is there any way to have one ring tone for known callers ( contacts) and a different one for unknown callers. Also any way to have the ring slowly get louder..start soft then increase tofull volume?

I love this phone but I miss some of the apps that allow you to do this on the old Palm os 5.

I have different ringers for some of my friends and family. Simply goto the contact, hit edit, and once in their profile you should be able to change the ringtone for them. I know that you are saying you want all your known to have one but sadly you would have to do it manually for the time being

Gsyncit, I use it (over a year now) to sync my outlook contacts and calendar. $15 one time fee. Works great, and you don't have to plug your phone in to use it. Take a look.
