Actually, this is more similar of a case to that of the Rocketfish "soft-touch' version Best Buy produces and sells...which a LOT of people have given positive reviews to on these forums.

    Rocketfish™ Mobile - Snap-On Soft-Touch Cover for Motorola DROID X Mobile Phones - Black - RF-WR700

I'd say for that price, it's a no-brainer, especially considering how great of a company Handhelditems is (I've purchased a dozen accessories from them in the past and would do so again).

Edit: use the code motodroidx30 at checkout to receive 30% off the case (for me it was under $5 shipped).

The ebay one has a different speaker cut out, more precise and not as big. It is a same 2-piece "concept" and probably made out of similar painted plastic mold rather than lightweight aluminum like Rocketfish. Still, I would choose it over $25 BB Rocketfish considering its poor quality and the fact that you have to go through half a dozen in the store to find the one that will snap together.
