Time managment and task

I have been on a time management course and relaiiasle I need a good app which enable me to have different lists of jobs to job, assign priories etc.

I would like a good app which does this for me - and lets me also have access via my desktop pc

what recommendation do people have?

I don't have an answer, but I do share your question. I'd like to find one, too. I'm surprised that there is nothing from Franklin Covey, Daytimer, etc.
