I've seen this posted around and feel like it deserves a thread. Those of you who are not happy with the increased load time for sites with Flash content should look into setting the plugins option of your browser to"on demand". This causes all Flash content to display as a window with a green arrow inside. The Flash content will not load or play until you click on this window. This is especially useful for sites whose only Flash content is in the form of advertisements.
