Hi Guys....Here are some tips to make Android Ice Cream Sandwich feel as fast as possible:
1. Use a third party launcher that allows you to have more icons on the screen at once and avoid the screen animations in the app drawer
2. Turn off screen animations through the Developer Options Settings
3. Swipe off unused tabs in the browser
4. Swipe off programs from the app switcher interface
5. Disable your Lockscreen through the Security Settings
