This is going to sound REALY but, but what the heck.... I have Titanium Backup but haven't ever used it. How do I do a full backup to ensure that everything goes back on my phone as it should do after flashing LeeDroid?

    backup/restrore top middle

    menu

    batch

Backup all system data and user apps.

However, if you wipe, maybe just restore user apps (and their data) as the system data is what you are needing to wipe.

Thought I'd do this using VISIONary but it seems you need TB Pro to backup apps - all I get doing a backup as you suggested is

    - Accounts
    - Applications Widgets
    - Bluetooth Pairings
    - Country, Language, Time Zone
    - Wi-Fi Access Points

Nothing on apps themselves or /system

Titanium restores all my apps, settings and data. I dont have pro.

The main difference with free and pro is that free you have to click install or cancel when running through the batch for each app individually, where as in pro, its automated.

Sometimes I use Mybackup pro for SMS, call logs and bookmarks if I only need that information.

Not sure of any backup that backs up /system except nandroid.

Sorry, another question: I've run a backup before going from Leedroid to Defrost. As I don't want any of the Sense apps, just the apps I've downloaded, do I choose "Restore all apps with data" or "Restore missing apps with data"?

Restore missing apps with data BUT you will need to deselect sense apps
