    1) When running Titanium backup on a rooted phone; what is the appropriate batch file to use so that when/if you flash a new custom rom, you can restore your phone. I suspect "all apps and all data" is a really bad idea because it seems to include system apps as well (e.g., EPST v2.1-update; Field Trial v2.1-update, etc). I definitely want app data if I can get it (e.g., MyCollectionPro where I scanned a ton of DVDs) to be backed up.

    2) I am running the busybox that came with the 'final payload' from unrEVOked. I have no errors from Titanium Backup. Should I still hit the problems button to download a new busybox? Is it new? Will it affect anything else in a negative fashion?

    Thanks!

I do all apps and all data ... when you go to restore you will get a list of everything then you can check what you want to reinstall

    and yes update busybox
