Root [Boost Mobile] Titanium backup

So i got a new sd card and i wanna put my titanium backup info on dropbox so i can change cards and redownload it to restore all my apps so my question is how should i do that. Are all the files under tb in my sd card the back ups and if so should i just zip it all then upload or what? And i know i asked before but my rom will remain intact right or should i reflash

If you have a computer it'll be easier but if you don't then the drop box method will work fine

Ok i dont have computer access at the moment so i went to the sd card and zipped the whole folder and ill move db and tb to phone and the rom to db incase i need to reflash
