Too mcu to read..help a girl short on time

    I am sure there is an answer out there somewhere but I'm short on time and need to get going...can someone tell me how I can change my home page theme? I keep hearing things about panda home...do i need to install that somehow....thanks all....

    yes panda home is free. there are several others too that cost a few $. you need to mess around with what theme you like and feature you want. they have different things that they can add like a side dock or more home screens and such.
    Home++ looks promising but after 2days it started to lock up my phone.

    How can these be "tried" out? I only found two with a demo version.
    If I buy but don't like, how difficult is it to get my money back?

    You have 24 hours to get a refund for an app. I've never done it, but it sounds pretty simple. I'm sure someone here can describe it in better detail, but I'm sure if you went to the Market, then to your downloads (or just searched for the app, to find it quicker) and went to uninstall that would lead you in the right direction.

    I use Home++ and I'm very satisfied w/ it. Doesn't support themes, but you do get up to 7 screens. Also, you can turn off the notification bar, which makes for some better wallpapers. And it has a powerstrip on the bottom which eliminates the need for some of the apps on your main screen.

    Most of the home screen replacement apps have a demo (sometimes called a trial). But, like YankeeDudeL said, you can get a full refund of an app that you paid for as long as it has been within 24 hours of your purchase time. All you have to do is open the app's details in the Market and choose Uninstall and Refund at the bottom of the screen. You will receive an email saying that the purchase price has been refunded to you and the app will be uninstalled.
