I've got almost all of them. I don't have the Weather Channel as I like Weatherbug better. I don't have ATK for obvious reasons.

There's a stand-alone device that #8 mimics, it costs $349 - GoogleSky is free. I've used it quite a bit, just for the 'Wow' factor. Then again, I love astronomy.

Hard to narrow down to 10 but here goes:
In the order I remember them not necessarily best to worst:
    Launcher Pro
    ShootMe
    Fastest Droid
    ESPN Radio
    FCC Test/SpeedTest
    Handcent
    Pandora
    ROM Manager/CWM
    Titanium BackUp
    TempMonitor
Is that 10? Yup. Ask me tomorrow half will be different
Damn I left off Google Maps  oh well I told you half my list would be different if I made it again

I don't use ATK - I use Advance Task Manager. I also don't use the Weather Channel app - Beautiful Widgets takes care of all my weather forecast. But then in Hawaii I have about 300 days of sunny weather so the forecast doesn't change much:D. So 8 out of 10 of the OP apps I have installed in my Incredible. BTW, I use Google Skymaps almost every weekend. It is so freaking cool.

Why do people use RingDroid? My Desire comes with a ringtone trimmer, is that not available in other phones?

    2. Documents To Go
    3. Mobile Fax
    4. Scan2PDF
    5. Astro
    6. PhoneMyPC
    7. Google Voice
    8. (some type of note/todo app... astrid maybe...)
    9. Smooth Calendar Widget paired w/ widget Locker
    10. Dropbox (so I've heard... I don't have it though)

Specialty Apps (depending on your business)
    DroidLaw

    Wireless Tether

And I'm waiting very impatiently for a Black's Dictionary!

I just used it while camping while my friend was using a star chart. My phone had more of the constellations than the star chart did. Very cool.
