My phone still works fine but there are parts of the touch screen that don't work at times and it's getting really annoying. Is there anyway I can fix this? Or I would also be willing to take it to someplace to get fixed if I can't do it myself

Hello and welcome to Android Forums! :)

If you are seeing random screen unresponsiveness from water damage, you either still have some residual moisture or your screen is damaged. Try removing the battery and any cards from the phone and putting it in a bag of uncooked rice for 24-48 hours to draw any remaining moisture from the phone. If it still is behaving erratically, you will have to replace the screen. It's not too hard, usually and there are a lot of how-to videos on YouTube depending on the phone model.
