Just bought two of these. One is great- the other the touch screen won't work.
The icons on the right do work _ home search etc. But the main part of the screen- eg the slide to unlock does not register the 'touch'.
Tried reset and reset with power button to no avail.
Is there a lock the screen feature or something?
Cant get through to their support - phone music for an hour then cut off. more phone music for 45 then my phone died and their support centre tab on-line gives an 'ooops page not found' HELP!
