Help Touchscreen issue

Has anybody ever had this happen to their phone? when your texting a long paragraph or really fast that the letter w,a,p,and l will lock up and wont be usable until your screen is locked then unlocked? i told this to att and they said well we see you have been texting/using the internet so we dont believe you, they also will not elevate me to their supervisor because they are in a meeting, i called at noon today and i was told i would receive a call in about 8 mins, i waited and no call. PATHETIC.

Yep, really annoying and I have no idea why its happening.

I called and finnaly got a supervisor, she told me she was sorry for the wait and what not and she has has a replacement inspire on the way for me.
