Trading Question

I just wanted to know what you guys think. So I have the Verizon Droid Razr Maxx, and I found a guy willing to trade his Galaxy S3 for my droid Razr Maxx plus alittle cash. Do y'all think its a good trade?

The difference in value on these two phones is between $50-100 depending on the GS3 being either 16 or 32GB. As long as the two phones are in similar condition and he doesn't want more than $50 boot it would be an even trade. You would give up a decent amount of battery life but would get a newer phone with a better screen and camera.
