Transfer Contact List

Hello Everyone, I just brought a New Samsung Galaxy Precedent and I had a Samsung Finesse, and I want to transfer my contact lists from the old to the new without doing it manually and suggestions?? I tried to do Bluetooth and it said Pairs but not connected, also I thought of downloading list to my laptop but could not find or tell if I had Bluetooth or not on it, so don;t know how to enable it if I have it? Anyone have any idea's??
