Is there a way I can transfer files between Micro SD cards on my phone?

For text files I can switch cards between copy and paste, but for other files...

    I would doubt it...

Depending on the size of the cards you are wishing to move files between, the process of cutting and pasting a large number of files from one micro SD card to another would require free space (real or virtual) to buffer all of that data.

Not directly. You could copy the files elsewhere off the source card, switch, and then copy to the target.

Why not just get an inexpensive USB SD card reader, plug it into your computer, plug your phone in as well as removable storage, and trnafer things back and forth that way. Seems like far less of a headache for $10-$20 out of your wallet...

Because using a computer is not always practical...

It's more practical to swap cards back and forth constantly?
To each his own, but I would think the computer is the far more practical approach here...
