Help transfering contacts from outlook to galaxy s

How do I transfer my contacts in Outlook to teh Galaxy s. It is supposed to automatically Syncronise but its not. Kindly help

to do this you need to use kies for this
open kies and on your phone click the phone then on the top ringht you will see Sync press that then you will see a drop down box were you can sync to outlook select that then hit sync your computer may instal some software but it works
