Previously I've just synced music from Windows Media Player to my SD card with no problems. Now I'm trying to load all my music from Windows Media Player onto the SD card in my new phone but can't get any of the files to play. I've downloaded several apps but they've all failed.
I'm also unable to connect my new phone to Kies; it keeps saying the device is incompatible with Kies.
I suppose it's quite a jump from Gingerbread (Ace 2) to KitKat (Ace 4) and I'm certainly struggling but can't see many posts here.
