Help Transferring Music

first you need the driver, which you can get at the samsung website. When you first plug in, after you install the driver, it will load as a CD drive. Close that out, and wait for a moment (either until you hear your computer make the noise like you disconnected it from the usb, or until your 'safely remove hardware' icon disappears from your tray). At this point, the usb icon should be on your notifications bar, on your phone. Drag down to expand the notifications, and tap the usb icon. It'll ask you if you want to mount or don't mount. Select mount. Another drive window will pop up on your computer. Select 'view files'. From there, you can either create a folder to store your music in, or simply put it in one of the existing folders via drag and drop. Your player will recognize it, either way. Hope this helps.
