Help transformer prime constantly restarting

just got an update last night ever since my prime freezes for several seconds then restarts no matter what app i open on what settings. did a hard reset and the issue persists. anyone else experience this? this is incredibly frustrating

Mine is doing the same thing. I'm not a real happy camper at the moment. I have spent most of the day trying to manually load the .13 firmware but it won't do it. I guess this is how Asus gets the rest of the units with flaky Tegra chips returned.
