Help Troubleshooting a MMS message issue.

So my wife has the Dinc2 (I have the original Inc) and when she receives picture messages, rather then just showing up in the message, it asks to download or decline. Then even after selecting download she will get an error message that the pic was not able to download.

Anyone else have this issue or know how to fix it?

I believe when she first got her phone the pictures would automatically show up in the message then they suddenly stopped...
