Tune in radio turning off?

I use tune in radio as an alarm to get me up. I've used it on both an S2 and HTC One V and it has the same problem on both, it turns on fine when I set the alarm but it will randomly turn itself off, I don't mean the music just stops playing, the actual app closes. Happens even if I just open it not using the alarm, it could play for 1 min, it could play for 20 mins and for no reason the app just closes, as I say happens on 2 different phones. Anyone else have this issue?

I have tune it and haven't noticed. Let me try it tomorrow as an alarm (I use my OG Droid as my alarm clock) and see if I can replicate it.
