Help Turning off 4G......Possible Issues?

I don't know if this is just an issue with just my phone. Using "Phone Info" to turn off 4G to CDMa works for about 1 or 2 hours, then I don't have a 3G single at all. The only way to get it back is to revert back to turning on the 4G setting (CDMA+LTE/EVO auto) and restarting. Happen to me 3 times today.

Anyone else?

Thank, but that's the same as what I'm doing. The app is just a shortcut to the menu.
