Two contracts?

    So if I get the N1 under contract with my provider (whether TMo right now or Vzw if and when it comes to Vzw) What's this I head about two contracts? One with Google and one with the service provider?

    If you buy the phone at the subsidized price and decide to cancel your service contract, you owe both the service provider and Google an early termination fee. The service provider ETF kicks in if you cancel before the end of your contract term (likely 2 years); the google etf kicks in if you cancel within the first 180 days, so there is a possibility that if you cancel within the first 180 days you owe both Google and tmo/verizon separate etfs.

    but you can return your phone back to Google with 30 days wihout any penality fees and cancel ur new contract wit tmobile within 30days and no fees...that is what happend to me.

    I heard 14 days but if Fiezta got off easy I may be wrong.
