Root Typing a backslash in terminal emulator

    How do I type a backslash as in
    Code (Text):
    1. busybox find / -name \*foo
    in terminal emulator? There is no hardware backslash, and I can't use the alt+space to access the other symbols.

    Open Terminal Emulator, press menu on the bottom of your phone and pick Special Keys...it will show you how

    Heh, I read the topic title as "Typing a backsass in terminal emulator". I was wondering why you had something nasty to say to your phone! :p

    The special keys will only let me enter a Control-\ which comes out like ^\

    I just use the keyboard. Its the caps key+alt+/ Problem solved.
