Un-Root for SGH-I337?

So I rooted my S4 via this:
    http://androidcentral.us/2013/09/how-to-root-att-galaxy-s4-shg-i337-tutorial/

It did work, and I used root checker to check. However, I decided that I didn't want the root so I factory reset my phone because I thought it would get rid of the root, but apparently it doesn't get rid of the root. I don't see any SuperSU app, and root checker states that my phone is not rooted. Do I have to re-root my phone then un-root from there? How can I completely remove all the root-related files from my phone to make it not rooted?

Thank you and I apologize for typing a lot and if it is in the wrong section.

There are only 2 "root-related" file - /system/xbin/su and /system/xbin/busybox. The phone's not rooted (since apps can't get root without SuperSu. but if you want to remove su, you can probably use the terminal app, run su, then rm /system/xbin/busybox and rm /system/xbin/su. Then you can uninstall the terminal app if you want.

Or just leave it alone. The files are small, about 2MB total.
